In the Week 6 workshop we are focusing on the first assignment. I am really glad that I have been given this dedicated time to go through this as there are still bits of the assignment that until this workshop I have been unsure on. My workshop tutor has carefully broken down the assignments to make it easier for me to know exactly what is expected of me for this first piece of work for submission.

As this is the first submission of my university career I want to make sure that I understand and focus the tasks involved in this assignment so that I can do well and start as I mean to go on. I had already started the first part of this assignment at home creating a step by step for finding reliable psychological information therefore I decided that my time would be best spent on the summaries of the two articles for the second part of the assignment. Giving the fact I had started this ahead of this workshop it made me feel like I was attempting to be more organised with my time by not leaving this to the last minute like some other people may have.

In this time I also took time to schedule in a personal tutor meeting for next week as the skills and perspectives tutor is also my personal tutor. I knew that other people had booked these in also but as I do not have access to my university emails to arrange this. I feel like having this time will help me seek advice on how best to manage my time going forward in order to show the best of my abilities.
