Week 10:

Week 10 was centered on how to plan a short presentation and how to prepare for an online job interview. One tip I found useful was: remember your body language. Even though it's through a screen, employers will scrutinize small efforts such as non-verbal communication. The tips are something I am going to utilize for future job interviews as it is important to remember even little things, as these are the things they pick up on the most.

Over the last month, we received the task to get into groups and create a poster about ALDI'S Supply Chain Network for our Business Organisations and Operations module. This was something I thrived doing and I chose to do Aldi's logistic systems, which is the process that Aldi's stock goes through before reaching shelves. I loved doing this because we got to discuss between ourselves and work as a team. My team and I worked exceptionally well together, and I thoroughly appreciated being put with such a group of hard-working individuals. We ended up breezing through the assignment. Perceiving how well we did, this shows me that if I work hard my teammates are most likely to mirror my actions, and we will be able to work well together. This has made me feel less anxious about future teamwork sessions if I give my unlimited attention to the assignment.
